Labology (“Labology,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to helping individuals understand and optimize their health and wellness through the analysis of physiological data and personalized health recommendations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your (“you” or “user”) access to and use of our products, software applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Labology or its Affiliates.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any part of the Service, or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, and disclosures incorporated by reference, as if you had signed them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue access and use of the Service immediately.
2. Scope of Services
Our Service includes:
- Collection and analysis of biological samples (e.g., blood, saliva).
- Provision of personalized health insights based on sample analysis.
- Access to health recommendations, nutritional, lifestyle, and supplementation information.
3. Revisions and Updates
Labology reserves the right to change, revise, update, or modify these Terms or any policy or guideline incorporated in these Terms at any time. Any changes, revisions, updates, or modifications will be effective as of the date stated at the top of these Terms and by posting on the Labology website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance.
4. Ownership of Materials and Service
The Service, including all designs, text, graphics, pictures, images, content, videos, information, data, and software, is the property of Labology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service and the Materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Labology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software provided as part of the Service. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover any source code, and to use the software only as permitted by these Terms.
6. Eligibility
To use Labology’s Service, you must be at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility criteria described in these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
7. Results
Results provided by Labology are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before making any health decisions based on the results provided. In cases where medical responsibility is required, Labology will refer you to our doctor partners in Switzerland, who will take on the medical responsibility.
8. Duration of Service
Labology’s service packages are typically provided for a period of six months from the time of the first analysis and may be renewed by purchasing subsequent packages.
9. Payment
Payments for services may be collected directly by Labology or through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Labology or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
10. Risks and Warnings
Using Labology’s Service may involve certain risks, including discomfort from sample collection and the possibility of receiving health recommendations that may not be suitable for you. Labology does not provide medical advice, and the information provided should not be used to make medical decisions.
11. User Content
You may submit or post content as part of the Service. By doing so, you grant Labology a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as part of the Service.
12. Termination
Labology may terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will cease, and Labology may delete any information associated with your account.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to Labology’s Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Labology regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
